At Veloura Fem, each piece is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. As all products are custom-made upon receiving an order, we encourage customers to carefully review the size chart before placing an order to ensure the best fit.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- You receive a defective or damaged item.
- You receive an incorrect item that differs from what you ordered.
Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted for sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preferences, as all items are custom-made specifically for each order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through any of the following channels:

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product received.
Return Inspection Process
Once your return package is received, our team will carefully inspect the item to verify the reported issue. After successful inspection:
- A replacement item will be dispatched in the case of an approved exchange.
- A refund will be processed in the case of an approved return.
Refunds will be issued through the appropriate payment method and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Veloura Fem reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
